THE STOREHOUSE OF LOVE DIVINE  –  A RARE FIND

From God’s storehouse of wondrous good,
Which Love has nourished with care,
Not one is ever turned away,
But all receive their share.
This storehouse door is never closed,
Is open wide each day.
And the law of limitation
Is quickly cleared away.
In the storehouse of Love Divine,
We can on God rely,
For His great presence realized
Is ever our supply.

LOVE DIVINE is a glorious poem so well expressed by a poet who I believe to be “one of the faithful.”  Its manuscript design reflects a time when the written word could only be recorded by hand. I see the L-shape standing for Love while the winding floral design is Art Nouveau.

LOVE DIVINE is not dated. Still, it is a very early publication; Its delicate design screams pre-WWI. LOVE DIVINE is indeed a rare find!

The motto and its framing are original! The motto is printed on textured cream paper with fine black ink lines. The frame is gold with hits of green on the face and outlined with strips of green. The glass is not scratched, and the dust cover paper is intact. Also, the original brass hanger remains.

STOREHOUSE measures 4 5/8” x 6 5/8” and is excellent condition for its age. It is small enough so to hang anywhere special, even if it was for your eyes only.
