Buzza Motto – House by the Side of the Road – From “Dreams in Homespun” 1897 Lathrop, Lee and Shepard Co. Written by By Sam Walter Foss.

This Buzza motto is hand painted using the black printed lines as an outline. Note the black ink reflects differently from the painted areas. It appears to be thicker, almost touching the glass, whereas the colorful watercolor appears to be absorbed by the paper. HOUSE BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD is a handsome motto and framed in its original frame, glass and backing paper. The frame is especially nice with the gold and green panel.
